Return & Store Credit Policy

At Hashtagiwant, we want you to love what you wear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you’re welcome to return any item in its original condition within 21 days of delivery.

Please note, we no longer offer cash refunds. Instead, we’ll issue you a store credit for the full value of your returned item. We also don’t want your return to cost you a fortune, so we offer to ship your item back to us for free – yes its on us!

We believe this policy allows us to continue offering you high-quality fashion and service, while keeping things convenient and fair for everyone.

Here’s how you log a return:

·         Log into your Iwant account on our website – with your registered email address

·         Click on your profile icon – you’ll find it on the top right corner of the page

·         Go to your “Orders” – you’ll find it on the top left corner of the page

·         You will see all your previous orders there. Click on  the item/s that you wish to return

·         Select your Reason for return

We will receive a return notification on our side. Ones we approved it you will get another email prompting you to get your package ready. We will then book the return courier to collect from you. Alternatively you can visit our shop to return your item – please just inform us

Ones we receive your item back, we will process your store credit. This will be available for you to use at any time. Your credit will show when you check out of your next purchase where you can then apply it.
