MEET THE MAKER

I am Madeleen Curnick. I started #iwant (pronounced Hashtag I want) in 2018. We were originally known as IwantbyTrendity, but we wanted to simplify the name so we shortened it to #iwant. The brand name came about when my friends would often say “I want” whenever I wore one of my own creations

My designing style is classic yet elegant. I always try to use trending fabrics to create classic styles with a dash of uniqueness. I have many moons of experience in fabrics so most of my designing time goes into choosing the fabrics. Our aim is to make small quantities per style, but to bring out new styles almost weekly. We’ve created this business model so that you can have exclusivity and a wide variety of clothing items to choose from.

We also have our own in-house factory where all the magic happens. This ensures exceptional quality and attention to detail. I work closely with my amazing team on a daily basis. We work hard on perfecting our system so that it is a breeze for you to deal with us.

We are a passionate team and I hope it shows when you wear our garments.

I am Lache Mulder and joined the #iwant team in 2021. I handle all the marketing and sales related functions in the company. I am the one you can bug with any purchase related queries. We are always open to give fit and style advise.
